I've looked this up for you in my trusty calorie book, which I no longer use having given up counting calories! 100g uncooked white pasta is 368 calories, wholemeal is 343 100g cooked white pasta is 121, wholemeal is 114 If you do the maths then this means that 33g (approx) of dry weight will give y...
