Aug 82.10kg waist 105.41cm

total loss so far 10.89kg 16.51cm

I don't do shift work but I embarked on this because my bp was up to 153/105 ish. It's worked well and I've lost two stone. The bp started to go down straightaway & I started exercising more so give it a go! :-)

I almost fainted this morning. I don't think that's happened since I was at university! I went to the health clinic at work and checked my blood pressure. It is quite low: 105/70. I'm still quite heavy. I hope it doesn't keep going down as I lose weight! It was after a feed day btw.

I started 5:2 on 4 March. My weight was 105.9 kg. My target, for the time being, is 79 kg.

On 5 May 2013 my weight was 100.33 kg and waist measured 101.6 cm.

On 1 June 2013 my weight was 98.7 and waist measured 100.3 cm

So in that month, I have lost 1.6 kg and 1.3 cm
